Case Study

Legacy London was approached by a highly reputable footwear brand to support their search for a Chief Marketing Officer. The role was critical to their strategy of rejuvenating the brand's appeal among younger demographics, aligning with their vision for growth.

- 23 candidates interviewed in initial screening
- 18 shortlisted for first-stage interviews
- 8 progressed to second-stage interviews

The process concluded successfully with the appointment of a fantastic CMO who met all critical criteria, including the ability to lead transformative marketing strategies and connect with new audiences.

The selected CMO has since redefined the brand’s marketing approach, helping to modernise its appeal while maintaining loyalty among existing customers. Legacy London’s hands-on approach ensured a seamless hiring experience which cemented a strong relationship with the client.
